The Microchip 24C02C is a 2-Kbit serial EEPROM organized as 256 × 8 bits.
The device operates from a single 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply and uses a two-wire serial interface compatible with I²C.
Up to eight 24C02C devices can be connected to the same bus, providing up to 16 Kbits of contiguous EEPROM memory.
The device supports 16-byte page writes and provides fast typical write-cycle times of approximately 1 ms for both byte and page writes.
