The SFH615A / SFH6156 optocouplers (DIP and SMD packages) are high-isolation optoelectronic devices consisting of a GaAs infrared emitter optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor. With low coupling capacitance, excellent CTR stability, and fast switching times, they are ideal for signal isolation applications.
